This is a mix that has become part of my Food Preparedness program. I have done research for at least 2 years now. I really don't know where I found this Lentil Soup or Salad Mix recipe. If anyone has seen this before and has the information where it came from, Please let me know. Thank you! I also am using picture with recipe. In the meantime,I really want to post this as it is a great idea for food preparedness. I hope you will find it helpful and will also become part of the dry food mixes in your pantry either for emergency or gift giving ideas. This combo can become a soup OR a salad!
