kielbasa bean soup
This is my favorite soup! It has great flavor and is so quick and easy. My Mom use to serve this on a cold winter night with hot bread and butter. I always double the recipe because one just isn't enough!

Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 medium potato, peeled and diced
- 2 - carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1 medium onion, peeled and chopped
- 1/3 cup celery, chopped
- 8 ounces smoked kielbasa, sliced
- 1 can 1 (11- 1/2 oz) can bean with bacon soup, undiluted
- - chopped fresh parsley ( optional )
How To Make kielbasa bean soup

Step 1In a large saucepan, bring water and vegetables to boil. Simmer 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Step 2Add the kielbasa and soup. Heat throughly. Garnish with parsley if desired.
