This is my favorite soup! It has great flavor and is so quick and easy. My Mom use to serve this on a cold winter night with hot bread and butter. I always double the recipe because one just isn't enough!

potato, peeled and diced
carrots, peeled and chopped
onion, peeled and chopped
smoked kielbasa, sliced
1 (11- 1/2 oz) can bean with bacon soup, undiluted
chopped fresh parsley ( optional )
How To Make
In a large saucepan, bring water and vegetables to boil. Simmer 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Add the kielbasa and soup. Heat throughly. Garnish with parsley if desired.
