  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 2 - carrots, chopped
  • 1 - celery rib chopped
  • 4 - hot dogs cut into 1/4" thick slices
  • 1 can (28 oz) baked beans
  • 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) lower-sodium chicken broth

How To Make hot dog & bean soup

  • Step 1
    In a large pot, heat 1 Tbsp. oil over medium-high heat. Add Onion, carrots and celery; cook until slightly softened, 5 minutes. Add hot dogs; cook until lightly browned, 5 minutes. Add beans and broth. Bring to a boil. Over medium-low heat, cook until vegetables are tender, 5-7 minutes.
