I was in the mood for soup, and just started playing in ingredients, and this is what i came up with, we thought it was ymmmy

Ingredients
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 can mushrooms
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 cups vegtable broth
- 1 cup barley
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can corn
- 1 cup kidney beans, canned
- 1 cup navy beans
- 1 cup cannellini beans
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon orengano
How To Make hearty vegetarian bean soup

Step 1Saute onion and mushroom in oil Add 8 cups of broth, add barley, let simmer for about 4 hours. or till barley cooked

Step 2Add tomatoes, corn, 3 cans of beans let cook..may have to add another cup or 2 of water depending on how think you want it
