hearty bean & kielbasa soup

My family loves this soup. It's a great way to start off the Fall season. It goes great with corn bread on the side.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds kielbasa, sliced
  • 3 cans cannelini beans, drained
  • 48 ounces canned chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 package frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 pound ditalini pasta
  • - oil
  • 1 1/2 cups water

How To Make hearty bean & kielbasa soup

  • Step 1
    In a large stock pot heat oil and saute onion, celery and kielbasa. Add beans, broth,water,spinach and pasta. Simmer for an hour. Best when made the day before.
