  • 1 pkg
    frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can(s)
    kidney beans, canned
  • 1 can(s)
    black beans
  • 1 can(s)
    pinto beans
  • 1 can(s)
    navy or pinto beans
  • 1 can(s)
    diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 2 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 2-3 Tbsp
  • 3/4 tsp
    salt and pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    red pepper

How to Make Four Bean Chili


  1. In a large pot combine all ingredients.
  2. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to medium low and simmer 25 minutes stirring occationally.
