Ingredients
- 10 ounces peas, frozen english
- 1/4 - lettuce head
- 3 ounces spinach, fresh
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1/4 cup milk
- 10 - mint leaves (plus a few for garnish)
How To Make english pea & mint soup

Step 1Combine English peas, lettuce, spinach, green onions, bouillon granules, chervil, mint and pepper in a large saucepan; stir in water.

Step 2Cover and bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes.

Step 3Process mixture to saucepan, and stir in milk.

Step 4Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until thoroughly heated.

Step 5Ladle into bowls and garnish with a few mint leaves.
