Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small onion
- 1 small carrot
- 1 stalk celery
- 2 cloves garlic
- 15.5 oz ounces butter beans
- 1 - chicken bouillon cube
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary sprigs
- 2 cups water
How To Make butter bean soup with parmesan

Step 1Chop onion, carrots, celery and garlic.

Step 2In a large saucepan, sauté the onion, carrot, celery and garlic in olive oil until the onion is soft.

Step 3Add the beans, bouillon. rosemary and water. Simmer until heated thoroughly.

Step 4If you would like a thicker soup, remove half of the recipe and process in a blender, then return to the soup.

Step 5Serve topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
