bell pepper

peppers in adobo sauce
1 can(s)
3-5 clove
onion, chopped
2-3 c
chicken broth

How to Make Black Bean Soup


  • 1Saute peppers and onions until browned, then add garlic.
  • 2Add beans, tomatoes, and pepper(s) in adobo sauce. Add broth as needed - it should nearly cover the other ingredients.
  • 3Bring to a boil and puree. If soup is thin, boil until it reaches desired consistency.
