Ingredients
- 2 cans black beans
- 1 - bell pepper
- 1 to 1 1/2 - peppers in adobo sauce
- 1 can tomatoes
- 3-5 cloves garlic
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 2-3 cups chicken broth
How To Make black bean soup

Step 1Saute peppers and onions until browned, then add garlic.

Step 2Add beans, tomatoes, and pepper(s) in adobo sauce. Add broth as needed - it should nearly cover the other ingredients.

Step 3Bring to a boil and puree. If soup is thin, boil until it reaches desired consistency.
