Ingredients
- 2 cups dried beans, soaked
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 2 - carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1 - celery stick, sliced
- 2 - tomatos, chopped
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 - bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 3 pints stock
How To Make bean soup

Step 1Cook the soaked beans in fresh water for 10 minutes and drain.

Step 2In a soup pot, heat the oil and gently fry the onion.

Step 3Add the rest of the vegetable and seasonings.

Step 4Stir well and add the beans.

Step 5Ensure that all the vegetable are covered with oil and pour in the stock.

Step 6Allow to simmer until the beans are cooked and the vegetables are tender.
