    onion, chopped

    carrots, peeled and sliced

    tomatos, chopped

  • 1 pinch
  • 1 tsp
  • 3 pt

How to Make Bean Soup


  1. Cook the soaked beans in fresh water for 10 minutes and drain.
  2. In a soup pot, heat the oil and gently fry the onion.
  3. Add the rest of the vegetable and seasonings.
  4. Stir well and add the beans.
  5. Ensure that all the vegetable are covered with oil and pour in the stock.
  6. Allow to simmer until the beans are cooked and the vegetables are tender.
