Ingredients
- 1/4 pound sliced ham
- 1 slice onion
- 2 cans great northern beans
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 - potatoes diced
- - salt, pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 quart vegetable stock
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
How To Make bean, potato and ham soup

Step 1Heat oil in pan.

Step 2Dice ham and put in pot.

Step 3Cut the onion into thin wedges and put in pot

Step 4Cook for about 3-4 minutes

Step 5Add the cannelloni beans liquid and all

Step 7Pour in the vegetable stock and bring to boil.

Step 8Cut up the potatoes into small pieces and add to the liquid
