How to Make Bean, Potato and Ham Soup
- Heat oil in pan.
- Dice ham and put in pot.
- Cut the onion into thin wedges and put in pot
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes
- Add the cannelloni beans liquid and all
- Add the tomato paste
- Pour in the vegetable stock and bring to boil.
- Cut up the potatoes into small pieces and add to the liquid
- Add salt, pepper and garlic
- Simmer about 35-45 minutes until potatoes are soft and tender.
