Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can white beans
- 1 can corn
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 package hidden valley ranch dressing mix
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- - garlic salt, to taste

Step 1Stir all ingredients together in crock pot and cook on low for 8-10 hours.

Step 2It's easy to over-do it on the salt, especially using canned beans. I usually use my own precooked, frozen, dried beans to avoid excess sodium.
