Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 12 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 28 ounces crushed tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup minced basil
  • 1 tablespoon minced tympe
  • 2 teaspoons minced rosemary
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 3 cans white beans, drained (15 oz each)
  • salt and pepper

How To Make bean and mushroom stew

  • Step 1
    Add a little olive oil to a large pot. Saute the onions, mushrooms, and garlic for about 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Remove the bay leaf and taste and adjust for seasoning
