Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 12 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 28 ounces crushed tomatoes
- 1/4 cup minced basil
- 1 tablespoon minced tympe
- 2 teaspoons minced rosemary
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 cans white beans, drained (15 oz each)
- salt and pepper
How To Make bean and mushroom stew

Step 1Add a little olive oil to a large pot. Saute the onions, mushrooms, and garlic for about 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.
