Ingredients
- 1 package 16-bean mix (or 13 bean or whatever you can find)
- 1 can rotel diced tomatoes
- 1 pound beef smoke sausage
- - salt to taste
- - pepper to taste
- - garlic salt to taste
How To Make 16-bean soup in crockpot

Step 1Soak beans overnight in warm water.

Step 2Drain and put into crockpot.

Step 3Add salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste.

Step 4Add 1 cup water and tomatoes over top.

Step 5Cut up sausage into bite-size pieces and place over mixture.

Step 6Cook on high until hot then on low for 5 to 6 hours.
