Slow Cooker Crock Pot

  • 1 pkg
    16-bean mix (or 13 bean or whatever you can find)
  • 1 can(s)
    rotel diced tomatoes
  • 1 lb
    beef smoke sausage
  • ·
    salt to taste
  • ·
    pepper to taste
  • ·
    garlic salt to taste

How to Make 16-Bean Soup in Crockpot


  1. Soak beans overnight in warm water.
  2. Drain and put into crockpot.
  3. Add salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste.
  4. Add 1 cup water and tomatoes over top.
  5. Cut up sausage into bite-size pieces and place over mixture.
  6. Cook on high until hot then on low for 5 to 6 hours.
