Ingredients

  • 1 package 16-bean mix (or 13 bean or whatever you can find)
  • 1 can rotel diced tomatoes
  • 1 pound beef smoke sausage
  • - salt to taste
  • - pepper to taste
  • - garlic salt to taste

How To Make 16-bean soup in crockpot

  • Step 1
    Soak beans overnight in warm water.
  • Step 2
    Drain and put into crockpot.
  • Step 3
    Add salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste.
  • Step 4
    Add 1 cup water and tomatoes over top.
  • Step 5
    Cut up sausage into bite-size pieces and place over mixture.
  • Step 6
    Cook on high until hot then on low for 5 to 6 hours.
