1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup plain Greek OR regular yogurt
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup honey
Salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
1 cup pecan halves (chopped)
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts (cooked, cooled, & diced (3 to 4 chicken breasts, depending on size))
3/4 cup dried cranberries (roughly chopped)
