1 envelope yeast
1-1/2 cup warm water (100-110°) for yeast - this amount of water has been adjusted
4-1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup almond milk, for brushing the tops of the prepared pretzels before they bake
coarse salt for sprinkling on top of the pretzels
