Soft Pretzel Bites

Yield: about 80 little bites
1 1/2 C warm water
2 T brown sugar
1 T yeast (I use active dry)
6 T butter, melted
2 1/2 t salt
4 1/2-5 C flour
12 C water
3/4 C baking soda
1 egg, beaten until frothy
Coarse Pretzel Salt
