INGREDIENTS

1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup dark brown sugar

1/2 cup unsulphured molasses
•
2 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
•
1 teaspoon salt
•
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
•
1 teaspoon ground cloves
•
1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
•
2 large eggs
•
3 1/2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
•
sugar for coating (I used Organic White Raw Cane Sugar which is a coarse sugar with lots of sparkle)
