60 gr Wheat starch (or use cornstarch)
4 gr instant yeast
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp cooking oil
150 ml cold milk (use non-dairy milk for vegan version)
200 gr grated unsweetened coconut (or use unsweetened coconut flakes. See notes 2)
150 gr coconut sugar (or more if you like it sweeter. See notes 1)
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
