10-inch Cast Iron Skillet
1 1/2 cups yellow cornmeal (I use Albers)
1/2 cup AP flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 egg beaten
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
1/2 cup salted butter melted in a small bowl, cooled slightly
1/4 cup salted butter melted in a 2nd small bow
