1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup water
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 and 3/4 cup pecans, toasted (about 8 ounces)*
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
dash nutmeg, optional
