2 tablespoons adobo sauce

1/3 cup jarred salsa

2 cloves of garlic

1 teaspoon agave syrup or honey or sugar

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

14 ounces extra firm tofu, press as much of the water out of the tofu as you can using paper towels.

1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
•
1/2-3/4 cup water
•
1/2 cup fresh or frozen corn
