INGREDIENTS

1 bottle Stubb’s Chicken Marinade
•
4 ounces soba noodles (Japanese buckwheat noodles)
•
2 tablespoons sesame oil + more if needed
•
2-3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce (to taste)
•
1½ tablespoons brown rice vinegar
•
2 tablespoons brown sugar
•
1 large carrot julienned and cut into inch long matchsticks
•
1 zucchini julienned and cut into inch long matchsticks
•
shelled edamame
•
dried seaweed (nori), cut into strips (optional)
•
sesame seeds to sprinkle on top

For a spicy alternative, mix in: 1½ tablespoons sweet chili sauce or sriracha sauce
