Snickerdoodle Muffins

"What is so great about them is that they are rolled in cinnamon sugar just like the cookie so the top gets nice an crunchy while the muffin is nice and moist. In fact looking down at it, you would think you were just looking at a Snickerdoodle cookie - Snickerdoodle Muffins..."

INGREDIENTS
2 sticks unsalted butter
1 cup Sugar
2 teaspoons Vanilla
2 Eggs
3/4 teaspoon Baking soda
3/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
3/4 teaspoon cream of tarter
3/4 teaspoon nutmeg freshly grated
1 1/4 cup sour cream
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 cup sugar and 2 TBSP cinnamon, mixed together for roll
