Ingredients
- 9 cups rice chex
- 1 cup vanilla baking chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup valentine's colored m&m's
- 1/4 cup red and pink baking sprinkles
How To Make valentine' chex mix

Step 1In small microwave bowl, heat baking chips, peanut butter, and butter for 1 - 1/2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and smooth. In large bowl, pour mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated.

Step 2Place half of the cereal in zip lock bag with powdered sugar. Seal and shake until evenly coated. Spread cereal on sheet of wax paper to dry, about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, stir candies and sprinkles in remaining 1/2 of cereal. Spread on sheet of wax paper to dry about 15 minutes.

Step 3Mix both batches together and store in airtight container.
