tina's uncooked pizza sauce
I had an uncooked pizza sauce years ago at the Wisconsin State Fair. I loved it then and I love my version now. My husband makes homemade pizza on Friday and if we do a red sauce, this is the one we use. So fast and so delish!

Ingredients
- 1 can tomato paste (6 oz)
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed or finely minced
- 1- tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- - salt and pepper to taste

Step 3Makes enough for 2 pizzas .

Step 4This is a GREAT dip for breadsticks, fried Mozzarella sticks...your finger.. just about ANYTHING!
