8 ozphilly cream cheese room temper.
1 pkgchocolate bark candy coating, melted
How to Make truffles
- crush up the oreos in a ziplock baggie. until no large pieces remain. pour into a medium size mixing bowl
- add the cream cheese and mix with a mixer until well blended.
- roll into small balls and place on a cookie sheet. place in the freezer for an hour.
- take the melted chocolate and roll the balls in it till covered. place on wax paper until dry store in air tight container in fridge.
