- 1 pound velveeta
- 2 cups salsa
- 4 ounces green chilis, chopped
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 3 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 4 ounces monterey jack cheese, shredded
How To Make salsa con queso

Step 1Place cubed Velveeta, salsa, chilies, chili powder and garlic pawder in stoneware dish. Cover and cook on medium setting for one hour.

Step 2Stir and continue to cook until mixture is heated. Stir in Monterey Jack cheese just prior to serving.
