velveeta
2 c
salsa
4 oz
green chilis, chopped
2 tsp
chili powder
3 1/2 tsp
garlic powder
4 oz
monterey jack cheese, shredded

How to Make Salsa con Queso

Step-by-Step

  • 1Place cubed Velveeta, salsa, chilies, chili powder and garlic pawder in stoneware dish. Cover and cook on medium setting for one hour.
  • 2Stir and continue to cook until mixture is heated. Stir in Monterey Jack cheese just prior to serving.
