Slow Cooker Crock Pot


  • 1 lb
  • 2 c
  • 4 oz
    green chilis, chopped
  • 2 tsp
    chili powder
  • 3 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 4 oz
    monterey jack cheese, shredded

How to Make Salsa con Queso


  1. Place cubed Velveeta, salsa, chilies, chili powder and garlic pawder in stoneware dish. Cover and cook on medium setting for one hour.
  2. Stir and continue to cook until mixture is heated. Stir in Monterey Jack cheese just prior to serving.
