Love this way to eat my veggies. You can use any veggie you like

Ingredients

  • 2 cups celery
  • 1 - green bell peppers
  • 1 cup onion
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, fat-free
  • 1 teaspoon mrs. dash salt free lemon seasoning

How To Make roasted veggies

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 410 degrees F
  • Step 2
    Rinse and dice the celery into chunks
  • Step 3
    Rinse and cut the peppers into strips
  • Step 4
    dice the onion
  • Step 5
    lay all the chopped veggies onto a sprayed piece of foil on a cookie sheet.
  • Step 6
    sprinkle the lemon seasoning onto the veggies.
  • Step 7
    Put in the oven for 30 minutes.
  • Step 8
    Once done, take out and sprinkle with the cheese.
