Ingredients
- 2 cups celery
- 1 - green bell peppers
- 1 cup onion
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, fat-free
- 1 teaspoon mrs. dash salt free lemon seasoning
How To Make roasted veggies

Step 1Preheat oven to 410 degrees F

Step 2Rinse and dice the celery into chunks

Step 3Rinse and cut the peppers into strips

Step 4dice the onion

Step 5lay all the chopped veggies onto a sprayed piece of foil on a cookie sheet.

Step 6sprinkle the lemon seasoning onto the veggies.

Step 7Put in the oven for 30 minutes.

Step 8Once done, take out and sprinkle with the cheese.
