I think we will try this recipe next Friday for our weekly pizza night. I will take pictures then. Anything that is fast and easy is very attractive to a busy lifestyle.

Ingredients

  • 2 3/4 cups bread flour (390 grams)
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast (7 grams)
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup warm water
  • - corn meal

How To Make tina's quick food processor pizza dough

  • Step 1
    Place yeast, salt, and bread flour in a food processor bowl. Pulse a few times
  • Step 2
    With the processor running, add oil in the feed tube then add water. Process 2-3 minutes.
  • Step 3
    lay a 12 in square piece of plastic wrap on the counter. Place dough on plastic wrap. shape into a 8x6 in square. With your finger tips, dimple the dough (like focaccia fold into thirds (like you fold a letter)
  • Step 4
    Make dimples again and fold then make pimples again. Cover with plastic wrap and rest 20 minutes. Cut in half. You can freeze one half is you are not making two pizzas
