Ingredients
- 1 - hardboiled egg, peeled and cut in half (with or w/out black pepper or other seasoning of choice)
- 2-3 - apple slices
- 2-3 tablespoons honey peanut butter (or other favorite nut/seed butter)
- 1/2 - slice, multigrain muesli bread (or similar bread)
- 2 ounces white cheddar cheese, or similar
- 8-10 - grapes, red or green
