One of my favorite menu items at Starbucks. Easily make at home, too for school lunches, snack or light meal on the go. Thanks, Starbucks™! Amounts estimated. Prep time doesn't include hard boiling an egg.

Ingredients

  • 1 - hardboiled egg, peeled and cut in half (with or w/out black pepper or other seasoning of choice)
  • 2-3 - apple slices
  • 2-3 tablespoons honey peanut butter (or other favorite nut/seed butter)
  • 1/2 - slice, multigrain muesli bread (or similar bread)
  • 2 ounces white cheddar cheese, or similar
  • 8-10 - grapes, red or green

    Prep the ingredients and place them in a bento box or lunch box and go! Note: I baked my own homemade muesli bread for this recipe. It has been posted to this site.
