These are so good and easy to make. I just had to share the recipe. No icing is needed!

Ingredients
- 1 box cookie mix
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter
- - (optional) olive oil or whatever is on hand can be substituted using only no more than 4-5 tbsp. with the egg before mixing.
How To Make perfectly pumpkin cookies

Step 1Preheat oven 350

Step 2Mix whole egg & butter or oil. Then add flour mixture stirring well until combined.

Step 3Drop teaspoon size dollops onto baking pan 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-14 minutes.

Step 4Allow to cool then remove from pan with spatula being careful not to break.
