delicate nutella cookies
I was craving a cookie with Nutella, and out of the blue, it hit me. This recipe is the easiest cookie recipe, I've ever come up with in my mind.

- 1 jar nutella, hazelnut chocolate spread
How To Make delicate nutella cookies
-
Step 1Place a piece of parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Lay the pie crust on the parchment paper. Spread Nutella on top of the pie crust, leaving 1/2 inch free along the outer edge. Place the second pie crust on top of the Nutella, and press a fork around the edge to seal. With a toothpick, gently poke holes on the top crust.
-
Step 2Place cookie sheet in the oven, at 350 degrees. It should take a few minutes for the crust to be done. Check for doneness at around 20 minutes. If the crust is too soft, leave in a few minutes more.
-
Step 3When done, allow to cool for about 5 minutes. Slice as you would a pizza. Enjoy. You could also substitute jam or marmalade, in this recipe. I've made a short cut Rugelach cookie like this, with apricot jam, chopped walnuts, cinnamon and sugar mixture, spread on the first layer of pie crust.
