I've been making this for years. It is a great summertime afternoon meal. I am not fond of using fake crab meat but it works well in this recipe. Another,inexpensive, easy, quick and tasty meal for the whole family to enjoy.
I add some Cajun seasoning for a bit more flavor but it is optional.

  • 16 -20 oz
    fake crab meat
  • 1 pkg
    frozen green peas (usually about 12oz)
  • 8 slice
    cooked bacon, chopped, crumbled
  • 1/4 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    cajun seasoning (optional)

How to Make Crab n Pea Salad


  1. Shred the crab meat. Place in large mixing bowl. mix with cooked green peas, bacon bits and other ingredients.
  2. Chill well and serve with salt crackers or your favorites on the side.
  3. Enjoy!
