Ingredients
- 1 - egg white
- 2 tablespoons liquid smoke flavoring
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon chile powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3 cups peanuts
How To Make spicy bbq peanuts

Step 1Pre heat oven to 250. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper for easy clean up.

Step 2Beat egg white until frothy. Add liquid smoke and blend well.

Step 3In a separate bowl mix sugar, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder and cayenne.

Step 4Toss peanuts in the egg white mixture. Toss coated peanuts with sugar mixture.

Step 5Bake peanuts for 1 hour, stirring after 30 minutes. Let cool and break apart.
