I love making these around the holidays for quick and easy gifts! They keep well in a air tight container and can be very addictive! You can adjust the liquid smoke and cayenne to suit your taste.

    egg white
  • 2 Tbsp
    liquid smoke flavoring
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 tsp
    chile powder
  • 1 tsp
    cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 3 c

How to Make Spicy BBQ Peanuts


  1. Pre heat oven to 250. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper for easy clean up.
  2. Beat egg white until frothy. Add liquid smoke and blend well.
  3. In a separate bowl mix sugar, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder and cayenne.
  4. Toss peanuts in the egg white mixture. Toss coated peanuts with sugar mixture.
  5. Bake peanuts for 1 hour, stirring after 30 minutes. Let cool and break apart.
