This is a treat I usually make around Christmas...the cool weather put me in the mood to make today...enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 - egg whites, slightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon each - dried thyme, cajun seasoning
- 2 teaspoons each - cayenne pepper & paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon worcshestersire sauce
- 2 cups walnut halves
How To Make spiced walnuts

Step 1Spray a baking sheet with non stick cooking spray. Set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degree F. In a bowl, add seasonings to egg whites and mix thoroughly. Add the nuts and toss to evenly coat.

Step 2Spread out onto prepared sheet pan and bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until coating is dry and nuts crisp up. When they come from the oven, I sprinkle with seasoning salt or Cajun seasoning...use whatever you like.

Step 3Cool, then serve...Yum!
