- 1 - egg white
- 1 teaspoon water
- 3 cups unsalted nuts
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon 5-spice powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
How To Make spiced nuts

Step 1Beat egg white and water until frothy.

Step 2Add 3 cups of your favorite unsalted mixed nuts and toss to coat.

Step 3In another bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients.

Step 4Toss the sugar mixture with the nuts. Spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Step 5Bake at 350 degrees until fragrant and dry.
