These are great for snacking or tossed in a salad. They are super quick to make and very tasty. I like that there isn't too much sugar. Enjoy!

kosher salt
1/4 tsp
ground black pepper
1/2 tsp
ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp
ground cloves
1/8 tsp
ground allspice
2 c
pecan halves
1 Tbsp

How to Make Simple and Quick Spiced Pecans


  • 1Melt the butter in a large, non-stick skillet over medium-low heat.
  • 2Stir in the salt and pepper, cinnamon, cloves and allspice.
  • 3Stir in the pecans. Toast the nuts, stirring frequently, until the color starts to deepen (but not blacken), about 6-8 min. *Make sure to watch closely so the nuts don't burn.
  • 4Transfer the nuts to a bowl and sprinkle them with the sugar, while still warm, and mix. Then pour them out onto a plate to cool. Enjoy!
