How to Make Ruth's Nut Scandia
1Turn oven on at 325*
Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold in sugar then nuts.
Melt butter in pan- spread nut mixture over the egg white mixture and mix well. Salt
2Bake 10 min then stir and salt
Bake 10 min stir and salt
Bake 10 min stir and salt 30 minutes in all
3If you double the recipe DO NOT DOUBLE BUTTER.
Eat and enjoy and I can tell you they are delicious.
