    seeds from 1 pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    butter flavored oil (pop corn oil)
  • ·
    seasoned salt, to taste

How to Make Roasted Butter-Seasoned Pumpkin Seeds


  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. Wash excess pumpkin meat and strings off of seeds
  3. Press seeds dry between paper towels
  4. Place dried pumpkin seeds on cookie sheet.
  5. Drizzle with butter flavored oil.
  6. Sprinkle with seasoned salt.
  7. lightly toss, and spread evenly in pan.
  8. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes.
