- - seasoned salt, to taste

Step 1Preheat oven to 300°F.

Step 2Wash excess pumpkin meat and strings off of seeds

Step 3Press seeds dry between paper towels

Step 4Place dried pumpkin seeds on cookie sheet.

Step 5Drizzle with butter flavored oil.
