seeds from 1 pumpkin
1 1/2 Tbsp
butter flavored oil (pop corn oil)
seasoned salt, to taste

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 300°F.
  • 2Wash excess pumpkin meat and strings off of seeds
  • 3Press seeds dry between paper towels
  • 4Place dried pumpkin seeds on cookie sheet.
  • 5Drizzle with butter flavored oil.
  • 6Sprinkle with seasoned salt.
  • 7lightly toss, and spread evenly in pan.
  • 8Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes.
