easy snack mix
This is nice to keep on hand for a quick energy booster or snack. While traveling, it's great to have along, especially in the winter months. I like making my own, because I can put in whatever I want.

Ingredients
- 1/2 - 1 pounds dried fruit - i used a tropical blend (pineapple, papaya, mango, kiwi, star fruit, and some strawberries)
- - dried blueberries, cherries and cranberries would be a nice addition
- 1/2 cup or so coconut flakes - i prefer the sweetened
- 1/2 - 1 cups peanuts or nuts of your choice
- 1/4-1/2 cup roasted (shelled) pumpkin seeds, optional
How To Make easy snack mix

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

Step 2Store in an air tight container in a cool place. It will keep for weeks in the refrigerator.
