Ingredients
- 2 quarts freshly popped pop corn
- 1 can (6 1/4 oz.) cashew nuts
- 1 can (5 oz.) chow mein noodles
- 1/4 cup clarified butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- - salt to taste
How To Make chinese style popcorn

Step 1Combine popcorn, nuts and noodles. Combine butter, soy sauce and ginger, stirring well. Pour into a 15x10" jelly roll pan.

Step 2Bake at 350 degrees for 5 - 10 minutes. Store in an airtight container. Yield about 2 1/2 quarts.
