freshly popped pop corn
1 can(s)
(6 1/4 oz.) cashew nuts
1 can(s)
(5 oz.) chow mein noodles
1/4 c
clarified butter
1 1/2 Tbsp
soy sauce
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1/4 tsp
ground ginger
salt to taste

How to Make Chinese Style Popcorn

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine popcorn, nuts and noodles. Combine butter, soy sauce and ginger, stirring well. Pour into a 15x10" jelly roll pan.
  • 2Bake at 350 degrees for 5 - 10 minutes. Store in an airtight container. Yield about 2 1/2 quarts.
