Baked Cocoa-covered Nuts

1/4 ccocoa, unsweetened
1/4 csugar or sweetener of your choice
1/2 tspcayenne pepper
3 craw whole/halves mixed nuts
How to Make Baked Cocoa-covered Nuts
- Preheat oven to 225 degrees F. Grease cookie sheet with butter. (Or use parchment paper).
- Whisk egg whites until frothy. In another bowl, combine dry ingredients (except nuts). Mix nuts, egg whites, and dry ingredients together until coated.
- Layer nuts on tray, evenly distributed. Bake 90 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool completely.
