    shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 - 4 oz jar(s)
    pimentos, drained
  • 1 - 3 oz pkg
    cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp
    paprika
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt

How to Make Susan's Southern Style Pimento Cheese

Step-by-Step

  1. Stir all of the ingredients together in a large bowl until blended.
  2. Refrigerate or serve immediately. If not used immediately, refrigerate since it contains mayo and cream cheese.
