party cheese ball
One of my many Cheese Ball recipes. Cheese Balls seem to be great for every kind of occasion from tailgating to fancy parties and every thing in-between. I have yet to find an occasion that I can't use a cheese Ball. They are even great for gift giving

Ingredients
- 2 - (8) ounces packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 - (8) ounce package of grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped pimento
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped green pepper
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- 1 dash salt
- - finely chopped pecans
How To Make party cheese ball

Step 1Blend cheeses in a small glass bowl, mixing well. Mix in pimento, green pepper, onion, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, and salt.

Step 2Shape mixture into a ball and roll in chopped pecans. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until serving time.

Step 3Serve with good quality crackers, bagel chips, or toasted slices of French baguettes.
