One of my many Cheese Ball recipes. Cheese
Balls seem to be great for every kind of occasion from tailgating to fancy parties and every thing in-between. I have yet to find an occasion that I can't use a cheese Ball. They are even great for gift giving

Ingredients

  • 2 - (8) oz
    packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 - (8) oz
    package of grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped pimento
  • 1 Tbsp
    finely chopped green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    finely chopped onion
  • 2 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dash(es)
    cayenne pepper
  • 1 dash(es)
    salt
  • ·
    finely chopped pecans

How to Make Party Cheese Ball

Step-by-Step

  1. Blend cheeses in a small glass bowl, mixing well. Mix in pimento, green pepper, onion, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, and salt.
  2. Shape mixture into a ball and roll in chopped pecans. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until serving time.
  3. Serve with good quality crackers, bagel chips, or toasted slices of French baguettes.
