Ingredients
- 1 large french bread loaf
- 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/2 cup asiago cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup basil, fresh,chopped
- 1 tablespoon salt and pepper mixed
How To Make crostini

Step 1Slice the baguette on the bias(at a 45 degree angle. Place on a baking sheet. Drizzle each slice with olive oil.

Step 2Top with grated cheese,salt and pepper. Bake for ten minutes or until golden brown,let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped basil and serve.

Step 3I like to serve these with any type of cheese,dry salami,hummus,dip or spread. They are absolutely addictive and disappear before the blink of an eye!! Enjoy!!
