Ingredients

  • 2 large
    avocado, peeled, seeded, and diced
  • 1 medium
    tomatillos, stem end cut off and quartered
  • 1 Tbsp
    cilantro leaves
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1
    serrano pepper, stem removed (you can remove the seeds if you wish)
  • 1 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • ·
    salt to taste
  • 1/4 c
    lime juice

How to Make That Green Sauce

Step-by-Step

  1. In your food processor add all ingredients except avocado. Mix on high speed until smooth.
  2. Add avocado and mix until smooth and creamy. Taste for salt. Enjoy!
