Ingredients

  • 2 large avocado, peeled, seeded, and diced
  • 1 medium tomatillos, stem end cut off and quartered
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro leaves
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 - serrano pepper, stem removed (you can remove the seeds if you wish)
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • - salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup lime juice

How To Make that green sauce

  • Step 1
    In your food processor add all ingredients except avocado. Mix on high speed until smooth.
  • Step 2
    Add avocado and mix until smooth and creamy. Taste for salt. Enjoy!
