- - enough apple cider vinegar to cover potatoes
- SEASONING MIX:
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
How To Make apple cider vinegar potato chips

Step 1In a plastic bowl add potatoes and enough vinegar to cover them. Soak the potatoes for 2 hours.

Step 2Heat deep fryer to 350 degrees. In a small bowl combine ingredients for spice mix.

Step 3Dry potatoes thoroughly. Drop into hot oil a few at a time and cook until potatoes are crispy and golden about five minutes.

Step 4Drain on paper towels and sprinkle immediately with seasoning mix. Toss to coat.

Step 5Transfer to pan to cool. Repeat until all chips are cooked.
