  • 1 box
    cap'n crunch cereal
  • 3 c
    any type cheerios cereal
  • 3 c
    assorted chex cereals (i use all corn chex)
  • 1 c
    peanuts, optional
  • 2 lb
    white almond bark
  • 3 Tbsp
    vegetable oil

How to Make White Chocolate Snow Snack Mix


  1. Line a large baking sheet with waxed paper.
  2. In a very large bowl or pot, mix cereals together. If using peanuts, mix with cereals.
  3. In a large microwave-safe bowl melt almond bark with vegetable oil 3-4 minutes, stirring every minute. If not melted after 4 minutes, continue in 30 second intervals until fully melted.
  4. Pour over cereals and nuts in bowl and stir completely. Pour out onto lined baking sheet and spread with wooden spoon. Let dry (takes about an hour) and break into pieces for gift-giving or eating!
