One of my neighbors expects this in a jar every Christmas. They recently moved, but I'll still be making it.

Ingredients
- 1 box cap'n crunch cereal
- 3 cups any type cheerios cereal
- 3 cups assorted chex cereals (i use all corn chex)
- 1 cup peanuts, optional
- 2 pounds white almond bark
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
How To Make white chocolate snow snack mix

Step 1Line a large baking sheet with waxed paper.

Step 2In a very large bowl or pot, mix cereals together. If using peanuts, mix with cereals.

Step 3In a large microwave-safe bowl melt almond bark with vegetable oil 3-4 minutes, stirring every minute. If not melted after 4 minutes, continue in 30 second intervals until fully melted.

Step 4Pour over cereals and nuts in bowl and stir completely. Pour out onto lined baking sheet and spread with wooden spoon. Let dry (takes about an hour) and break into pieces for gift-giving or eating!
