How to Make white chocolate popcorn
- pop the popcorn and remove any unpopped kernels. Put it in a large bowl.
- In a pyrex bowl melt the chips in the microwave for 3 minutes. Watch it though as microwaves vary in time and intensity.
- Let stand for one minute in the microwave.
- Mix in the nuts and add the popcorn. Mix well to coat and lay flat on a jelly roll pan or cookie sheet.
- Chill for a few minutes. Break into pieces and enjoy!
